Had a fantastic weekend with great food and excellent service. The local wine was a highlight and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was cozy and well-maintained and the location provided perfect access to nearby attractions. the garage for guests' cars kept our vehicle safe.
The lack of activities to do in the local area for those looking for entertainment in the evenings. However, this was not a major issue as we found plenty to do during the day and enjoyed relaxing in the cozy atmosphere of the hotel in the evenings.

Everything done to a high standard, nice rooms, delicious breakfast, helpful staff.
We walked away having paid twice as much as we intended, which left a slightly sour taste, despite the hotel itself being very nice. Why? Their smallest rooms are tiny, not big enough for a couple plus child in cot (unless you don't mind squeezing past the cot to get the bathroom. So, upgrade. Car parking, at 14 euros per night is up there with big city prices. And breakfast - whilst fabulous - also feels very expensive at 18 euros per person. Finally, one of the selling points for this hotel on Booked.net is that it has a good restaurant. What's not so clear online is that the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We had an ok meal elsewhere in town, but we chose the hotel for its restaurant too and were disappointed tk find it closed.

The restaurant is closed 2 days a week (Tuesday+Wednesday). I was killed by the parking's price: 14€ ! The room is very small, the hotel is on a traffic road and you hear it well !

We loved the hospitality of the staff, and the hotel had great cleanliness with top-notch facilities. The breakfast was delightful, and the hotel's location was excellent for our journey planning.
There was nothing we didn't like.

It is a very nice and friendly hotel. A very good bouchée a la reine.
The price on internet was ok but for everything one has to pay an extra, so it ends up expensive.

Great for Xmas, beautifully decorated with festive cheer. the staff was welcoming and offered us a glass of Champagne on arrival. the daily cleaning was excellent with a turn down service each evening. the spa was relaxing and a much-needed escape from the cold weather.
The restaurant had limited options for vegetarians and some of their dishes were quite expensive. the room felt quite small and cramped, with not enough storage space for our luggage.

A charming hotel with lots of French character, the rooms were well-appointed with quality products in the bathroom and a magnifying mirror. the location was excellent, with secure parking on the premises, and the artisan baker just four doors away was perfect for an early breakfast. the restaurant had amazing food, and the Michelin starred menu was worth every penny.
The welcome at reception was not great.

Girl at the reception was very helpful. My room was small enough, but it has all needed facilities and the bathroom was very beautiful and very well equipped. The temperature in the room was comfortable and I could control it myself. I could sleep even with the open window - it was so quiet outside. And the bed was very comfortable. Also there was the choice of pillows and blankets.
No tea/coffee facilities. Не было чайника.

Le Cerf is situated about 20 km west of Strasbourg in the pleasant village of Marlenheim, and is a good base for exploring Alsace and its route des vins (although there are at least two good "caves" in the village itself). We took the family suite, which was well-equipped, nicely decorated with modern artworks and very comfortable, with separate access to both the courtyard and a small garden. The hotel itself, formerly a coaching house, has a great deal of character. Covered parking within the hotel precincts was spacious and convenient. We opted for breakfast to be served in the room each morning, and in the evening took dinner in the popular Michelin-starred restaurant, which was a great experience, with high-quality food and wines and excellent service. On our final night, it was warm enough to eat outside in the courtyard, which was a pleasant change.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room itself was tastefully decorated with a touch of French charm, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were impressed by the well-appointed bathroom, complete with high-quality products and a convenient magnifying mirror. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable, allowing us to sleep peacefully with the window open, thanks to the hotel's soundproofed rooms. We also appreciated the attention to detail, such as the choice of pillows and blankets, which enhanced our overall comfort.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
